This platform gives Quran academies a system for managing students, teachers, circles,
subscriptions and accounts. The academy owns its own data and its families' data; the
platform processes that data on the academy's behalf, solely to run the service.
An academy subscribes to a plan that sets which features it reaches and its limits on
students, teachers, branches and AI allowance. Plan limits are frozen at the time of
agreement: if the plan is later edited or repriced, what was agreed stands, and it
changes only by a new agreement.
Invoices are issued at the start of each period. Late payment may lead to access to the
admin console being suspended after notice; an academy's data is not deleted for lateness
alone.
The academy is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for telling its
families and staff that their data is managed through this platform, and for obtaining
whatever consents the law of its country requires. It is responsible for its staff
accounts and for what is done through them.
Some features rely on AI models from third-party providers. What is sent to them is
what the request needs in order to be answered, and may include names and operational
data from the academy. The assistant does not write to the database on its own: it
proposes an action, and nothing runs without an explicit confirmation from the user,
within that user's own permissions and branch.
AI usage is capped by the plan's allowance, which renews at the start of each calendar
month.
We do not sell academies' data or their families' data, we do not use it for advertising,
and we do not use users' conversations to train models.
An academy may end its subscription at any time. The platform may suspend the service in
the event of a serious breach or use that harms others, after written notice except where
the matter cannot wait.
These terms may be updated. For every academy we record the date it agreed and the
version of the terms it agreed to, so that if the wording changes materially, agreement
is asked for again.
