The data of the academy, its students, their families and its teachers belongs to the
academy. The platform processes it on the academy's behalf to run the service, and for
no other purpose.

A user's conversation with the assistant, their notes and their tasks are seen by
nobody else — not the academy's admin, not the platform's owner. There is not one
screen in the system that shows this data to anyone but its owner.
Each branch is a separate academy for processing purposes: a branch's staff do not reach
another branch's data, and a family belongs to one branch.
When AI features are used, what the answer requires is sent to a third-party provider,
and that data is not used to train models. Usage is recorded per call (how many, and what
it cost) without the text of the conversation.
We keep an academy's data for as long as its subscription runs. After a subscription
ends, a reasonable period is allowed for exporting the data before it is deleted.
Many of the people served are children, and their data is managed through their academy
and their guardians. A guardian sees their own children's data only.
To request a copy of the data, its correction or its deletion, requests go to the
academy first, as the party that holds the relationship; the platform assists it in
carrying out what is needed.
