Who is the platform for?
Quran memorization and Tajweed academies, learning centres that teach Arabic, languages or other subjects, and independent tutors who work alone on a simpler account of their own. The platform is software for running an academy; it does not teach lessons itself.
Does the platform work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Arabic is the first language of the platform and reads right to left, English is fully available, and every user picks their own language. An academy can publish its public page in Arabic, in English, or in both.
Does it work on phones, and can it be installed as an app?
Yes. It runs in the browser of any phone or computer with nothing to download from an app store, and it can be installed on the home screen as an app that carries the name, logo and colours of the academy, not of the platform.
How do I get started?
Create your account and choose Academy or Solo teacher. You can start on the free plan, which is available now. Then add or import your teachers and students and set your lesson times.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No, you need no card at all. Sign up and start trying every feature of the platform free for 7 days.
What is the difference between an academy account and a solo teacher account?
An academy account is designed for organizations with multiple teachers needing payroll and branch oversight, whereas a solo teacher account is tailored for one educator with a simplified interface.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes, on plans that include branches. Each branch works as a separate academy with its own teachers, students and accounts, and the academy admin sees every branch and moves between them from one account.
Can parents track their children without installing an app?
Yes. The family receives a direct link that opens in any phone browser, where they follow attendance, curriculum progress and invoices with ease.
What does a parent see in the parent portal?
The lesson times and attendance of their children, the lesson reports the teacher publishes, memorization and revision progress, homework, and invoices. A parent sees everything the student sees, and the invoices are for the parent alone.
Does the platform send reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. Families are reminded of their lessons from the WhatsApp number of the academy itself, and the admin decides how long before a lesson the reminder goes out and on which channel. Messages can be sent by hand with one tap, or the academy number can be linked so reminders go out on their own.
How are student subscriptions and invoices handled?
A student enrols in a programme on a package that sets the number of lessons and the price. Every subscription and renewal gets an invoice, what is paid and what is overdue is recorded, and the family is notified of each invoice. One student can be enrolled in more than one programme at the same time.
How is teacher compensation calculated at the end of the month?
Computed automatically from the lessons actually delivered and the per-lesson or hourly rate set for each teacher, and paid out with one approval. Pressing twice never pays twice.
Does the platform track Quran memorization and revision?
Yes. The teacher records memorization and revision by surah and verse in each lesson report, and the progress is visible to the student and to the parent. Other subjects are followed through their curricula, unit by unit and lesson by lesson.
Can I bring in my students from an Excel file?
Yes. Students can be imported in one go from an Excel or CSV file, using a ready template downloaded from the students page.
Are my academy and student data safe and completely private?
Yes. The data of each academy is kept entirely separate from every other academy, and no other academy can see it in any way.
How do I reach the support team?
On WhatsApp or by email, both shown at the bottom of the platform page, or through the contact form there. An academy admin can also message the platform team from inside their account.
